href=\"https:\/\/www.ipc.nsw.gov.au\/sites\/default\/files\/file_manager\/Fact_Sheet_privacy_2014_Simplified%20Chinese_hi-res_0.pdf\">\u4fb5\u72af\u4e86\u4e2a\u4eba\u7684\u9690\u79c1<\/a>\u548c\u5c0a\u4e25\u3002\u76f8\u5173\u6307\u63a7\u901a\u5e38\u6d89\u53ca\u5728\u5f53\u4e8b\u4eba\u4e0d\u77e5\u60c5\u6216\u672a\u540c\u610f\u7684\u60c5\u51b5\u4e0b\uff0c\u4f7f\u7528\u624b\u673a\u3001\u76f8\u673a\u6216\u5176\u4ed6\u8bbe\u5907\u8fdb\u884c\u89c2\u5bdf\u6216\u5f55\u5236\u3002\u867d\u7136\u6709\u4e9b\u4eba\u53ef\u80fd\u8ba4\u4e3a\u6b64\u7c7b\u884c\u4e3a\u60c5\u8282\u8f7b\u5fae\u6216\u53ea\u662f\u5076\u7136\u53d1\u751f\uff0c\u4f46\u6cd5\u5f8b\u5bf9\u6b64\u7c7b\u7aa5\u89c6\u884c\u4e3a\u91c7\u53d6\u4e86\u4e25\u683c\u7684\u60e9\u7f5a\u63aa\u65bd\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u88ab\u63a7\u5077\u7aa5\u7f6a\u53ef\u80fd\u9762\u4e34\u4e25\u5389\u6cd5\u5f8b\u540e\u679c\uff0c\u5305\u62ec\u76d1\u7981\u3001\u7f5a\u6b3e\u53ca\u6c38\u4e45\u6027\u72af\u7f6a\u8bb0\u5f55\u3002\u56e0\u6b64\uff0c\u4e86\u89e3\u5077\u7aa5\u7f6a\u7684\u5b9a\u4e49\u3001\u8d77\u8bc9\u7a0b\u5e8f\u4ee5\u53ca\u88ab\u6307\u63a7\u65f6\u7684\u6cd5\u5f8b\u5e94\u5bf9\u65b9\u6848\u81f3\u5173\u91cd\u8981\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u672c\u6587\u5c06\u8be6\u7ec6\u4ecb\u7ecd\u65b0\u5357\u5a01\u5c14\u58eb\u5dde\u5173\u4e8e\u5077\u7aa5\u72af\u7f6a\u7684\u76f8\u5173\u6cd5\u5f8b\u89c4\u5b9a\u3001\u53ef\u80fd\u9002\u7528\u7684\u5211\u7f5a\u3001\u53ef\u884c\u7684\u6297\u8fa9\u7406\u7531\uff0c\u4ee5\u53ca\u5c3d\u65e9\u5bfb\u6c42\u6cd5\u5f8b\u54a8\u8be2\u7684\u91cd\u8981\u6027\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>\u65b0\u5357\u5a01\u5c14\u58eb\u5dde\u6cd5\u5f8b\u5982\u4f55\u754c\u5b9a\u5077\u7aa5\u72af\u7f6a\uff1f<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>\u5728\u65b0\u5357\u5a01\u5c14\u58eb\u5dde\uff0c\u5077\u7aa5\u72af\u7f6a\u4e3b\u8981\u53d7<a href=\"https:\/\/legislation.nsw.gov.au\/view\/html\/inforce\/current\/act-1900-040\">\u300a1900 \u5e74\u5211\u6cd5\u300b\uff08Crimes Act 1900, NSW\uff09<\/a>\u89c4\u8303\u3002\u6839\u636e\u8be5\u6cd5\u5f8b\uff0c\u672a\u7ecf\u540c\u610f\u89c2\u5bdf\u3001\u62cd\u6444\u6216\u8bb0\u5f55\u5176\u79c1\u4eba\u884c\u4e3a\uff0c\u5373\u6784\u6210\u5211\u4e8b\u72af\u7f6a\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u6240\u8c13\u201c\u79c1\u4eba\u884c\u4e3a\u201d\uff0c\u901a\u5e38\u5305\u62ec\u8131\u8863\u3001\u6d17\u6fa1\u3001\u5982\u5395\u6216\u8fdb\u884c\u6027\u884c\u4e3a\u7b49\u3002\u6cd5\u5f8b\u7684\u6838\u5fc3\u76ee\u7684\u662f\u4fdd\u62a4\u4e2a\u4eba\u514d\u53d7\u4fb5\u72af\u9690\u79c1\u7684\u884c\u4e3a\u5f71\u54cd\uff0c\u800c\u4e0d\u8bba\u76f8\u5173\u5f71\u50cf\u8d44\u6599\u662f\u5426\u968f\u540e\u88ab\u4fdd\u5b58\u3001\u4f20\u64ad\u6216\u5220\u9664\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u5077\u7aa5\u72af\u7f6a\u4e0d\u8981\u6c42\u88ab\u544a\u4eba\u4e0e\u53d7\u5bb3\u4eba\u53d1\u751f\u8eab\u4f53\u63a5\u89e6\uff0c\u5176\u5173\u952e\u5728\u4e8e\u662f\u5426\u5b9e\u65bd\u4e86\u7aa5\u89c6\u6216\u8bb0\u5f55\u884c\u4e3a\u3002\u5373\u4f7f\u7aa5\u89c6\u65f6\u95f4\u8f83\u77ed\uff0c\u6216\u4ec5\u5904\u4e8e\u8bb0\u5f55\u7684\u5c1d\u8bd5\u9636\u6bb5\uff0c\u4e5f\u53ef\u80fd\u6784\u6210\u72af\u7f6a\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>\u68c0\u65b9\u5fc5\u987b\u8bc1\u660e\u7684\u6784\u6210\u8981\u4ef6<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>\u8981\u4f7f\u5077\u7aa5\u7f6a\u6210\u7acb\uff0c\u68c0\u65b9\u5fc5\u987b\u5728\u6392\u9664\u5408\u7406\u6000\u7591\u7684\u524d\u63d0\u4e0b\u8bc1\u660e\u6240\u6709\u72af\u7f6a\u8981\u7d20\u3002\u82e5\u4efb\u4f55\u8981\u7d20\u65e0\u6cd5\u786e\u7acb\uff0c\u6307\u63a7\u5373\u544a\u5931\u8d25\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u901a\u5e38\u68c0\u65b9\u9700\u8bc1\u660e\u4ee5\u4e0b\u51e0\u70b9\uff1a<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>\u88ab\u544a\u89c2\u5bdf\u3001\u62cd\u6444\u6216\u8bb0\u5f55\u4e86\u4ed6\u4eba<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\u88ab\u89c2\u5bdf\u6216\u62cd\u6444\u7684\u4eba\u5f53\u65f6\u6b63\u5728\u8fdb\u884c\u79c1\u4eba\u884c\u4e3a<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\u8be5\u884c\u4e3a\u662f\u5728\u672a\u7ecf\u5f53\u4e8b\u4eba\u540c\u610f\u7684\u60c5\u51b5\u4e0b\u53d1\u751f\u7684<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\u5f53\u4e8b\u4eba\u5728\u5f53\u65f6\u5177\u6709\u5408\u7406\u7684\u9690\u79c1\u671f\u5f85<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\u88ab\u544a\u7684\u884c\u4e3a\u662f\u51fa\u4e8e\u6545\u610f\u6216\u660e\u77e5\u800c\u4e3a<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>\u610f\u56fe\u95ee\u9898\u5e38\u662f\u7aa5\u89c6\u6848\u4ef6\u7684\u6838\u5fc3\u3002\u65e0\u610f\u884c\u4e3a\u6216\u7f3a\u4e4f\u5fc5\u8981\u4e3b\u89c2\u8981\u7d20\u7684\u884c\u4e3a\u53ef\u80fd\u4e0d\u6784\u6210\u5211\u4e8b\u8d23\u4efb\u3002\u6bcf\u8d77\u6848\u4ef6\u5747\u4f9d\u636e\u5177\u4f53\u4e8b\u5b9e\u8bc4\u4f30\uff0c\u5305\u62ec\u5730\u70b9\u3001\u88ab\u544a\u884c\u4e3a\u53ca\u6d89\u5acc\u72af\u7f6a\u7684\u5177\u4f53\u60c5\u5883\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>\u65b0\u5357\u5a01\u5c14\u58eb\u5dde\u5077\u7aa5\u72af\u7f6a\u7c7b\u578b<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>\u5077\u7aa5\u72af\u7f6a\u53ef\u8868\u73b0\u4e3a\u591a\u79cd\u5f62\u5f0f\uff0c\u5177\u4f53\u53d6\u51b3\u4e8e\u884c\u4e3a\u6027\u8d28\u3002\u6cd5\u5f8b\u8ba4\u5b9a\u591a\u79cd\u6784\u6210\u7aa5\u89c6\u72af\u7f6a\u7684\u884c\u4e3a\u7c7b\u522b\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>\u89c2\u5bdf\u79c1\u4eba\u884c\u4e3a<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>\u8be5\u7c7b\u72af\u7f6a\u6307\u7684\u662f\u5728\u672a\u7ecf\u540c\u610f\u7684\u60c5\u51b5\u4e0b\uff0c\u6545\u610f\u89c2\u770b\u4ed6\u4eba\u6b63\u5728\u8fdb\u884c\u7684\u79c1\u4eba\u884c\u4e3a\u3002\u5373\u4f7f\u6ca1\u6709\u4f7f\u7528\u4efb\u4f55\u62cd\u6444\u8bbe\u5907\uff0c\u4e5f\u53ef\u80fd\u6784\u6210\u72af\u7f6a\u3002\u5173\u952e\u5728\u4e8e\u88ab\u89c2\u5bdf\u8005\u662f\u5426\u5177\u6709\u5408\u7406\u7684\u9690\u79c1\u671f\u5f85\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>\u62cd\u6444\u6216\u5f55\u5236\u79c1\u4eba\u884c\u4e3a<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>\u672a\u7ecf\u540c\u610f\u4f7f\u7528\u624b\u673a\u3001\u76f8\u673a\u6216\u5176\u4ed6\u8bbe\u5907\u62cd\u6444\u6216\u5f55\u5236\u79c1\u4eba\u884c\u4e3a\uff0c\u662f\u5077\u7aa5\u6307\u63a7\u7684\u5e38\u89c1\u4f9d\u636e\u3002\u65e0\u8bba\u5f71\u50cf\u662f\u5426\u6e05\u6670\u5b8c\u6574\u6216\u540e\u7eed\u662f\u5426\u5220\u9664\uff0c\u5747\u6784\u6210\u72af\u7f6a\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>\u5b89\u88c5\u6216\u4f7f\u7528\u76d1\u63a7\u8bbe\u5907<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>\u4e3a\u89c2\u5bdf\u6216\u5f55\u5236\u79c1\u5bc6\u884c\u4e3a\u800c\u653e\u7f6e\u6216\u4f7f\u7528\u8bbe\u5907\uff08\u5982<a href=\"https:\/\/news.cctv.com\/2019\/05\/20\/ARTIri5NXzM7kjQGteAVq2dY190520.shtml\">\u9690\u853d\u6444\u50cf\u5934<\/a>\uff09\u53ef\u6784\u6210\u5077\u7aa5\u7f6a\u3002\u5373\u4f7f\u6700\u7ec8\u672a\u83b7\u53d6\u5f71\u50cf\uff0c\u8be5\u884c\u4e3a\u4ecd\u53ef\u80fd\u6784\u6210\u72af\u7f6a\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>\u6301\u6709\u6216\u4f20\u64ad\u5077\u7aa5\u5f71\u50cf\u8d44\u6599<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>\u8fd1\u671f\u7684\u7acb\u6cd5\u66f4\u65b0\u5df2\u5c06\u5229\u7528<a href=\"https:\/\/auyx.au\/news\/details\/329565\">\u4eba\u5de5\u667a\u80fd\u6216\u6df1\u5ea6\u4f2a\u9020\u6280\u672f<\/a>\u5236\u4f5c\u548c<a href=\"https:\/\/www.esafety.gov.au\/sites\/default\/files\/2025-07\/Image-based-abuse-quick-guide-Chinese-Simplified.pdf\">\u4f20\u64ad\u8272\u60c5\u5185\u5bb9<\/a>\u7684\u884c\u4e3a\u5b9a\u4e3a\u72af\u7f6a\uff0c\u4ee5\u5e94\u5bf9\u4e0d\u65ad\u6f14\u53d8\u7684\u9690\u79c1\u5a01\u80c1\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2
