Overview

Ongoing Supply The offense of ongoing supply, as defined in section 25A of the Drug Misuse and Trafficking Act, involves the following elements:

    • 1.Supplying a prohibited drug (excluding cannabis),
 
    • 2.On three or more separate occasions within a 30-day timeframe,
 
    • 3.In exchange for financial or material gain.
  If found guilty of ongoing supply, the maximum punishment is 20 years of imprisonment, and/or a fine amounting to $385,000.
